- Free returns throughout the European Union.
- We arrange the return for you, so you don’t need to book a courier yourself.
- Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive the returned rug.
To arrange a return, please contact us at info@wonderrug.com. We will arrange the return through DPD.
Return Requirements
The returned rug must be:
- unused;
- in its original condition with all labels attached;
- securely packed for transportation.
How to pack your rug
- Roll up the rug.
- Wrap it completely in protective plastic film.
- Secure both ends with adhesive tape.
You can also return your rug to our showroom.
