Rules of Purchase and Sale in the Online Store wonderrug.com (kilimas.lt)

This document is the official offer from UAB KILIMŲ PASAULIS (company code: 126320898, VAT payer code: LT263208917, a/c LT227044060007756986) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to legal entities and capable physical persons (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) to enter into a distance sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) under the conditions listed below. The contract conditions apply only to payments made by transfer.

  1. Definitions

1.1 Online store – Store owned by the Seller, located at https://kilimas.lt
1.2 Product – rug sold in the online store.
1.3 Order – Buyer’s completed order to purchase the Product and deliver it to the address specified by the Buyer.
1.4 Recipient – A person authorized by the Buyer to accept the purchased Product.

  1. Subject of the Contract

2.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Product specified in the Order to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for it by transfer.
2.2. The name, price, and quantity of the Product must be specified in the Order.
2.3. The Buyer must unconditionally agree and comply with the Purchase-Sale rules specified below, which are an integral part of the Contract.

  1. Order Fulfillment

3.1. The text of the Contract is publicly available. Filling the Order implies the Buyer’s unconditional consent to the terms of the Contract. The Buyer becomes a person who has entered into a Contract with the Seller.
3.2. By filling the Order, the Buyer confirms that they are acting of their own free will and desire.

3.3. Order fulfillment procedure:
3.3.1. Before filling the Order, the Buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the main characteristics of the Product, its manufacturing location, and price.

3.3.2. If there are questions about the Product’s features and quality, the Buyer may contact consultants by the phone number provided in the contacts.

3.3.3. The Order is filled out in the form provided on the website.
3.4. Order confirmation:
3.4.1. The Order is confirmed when the Seller receives the money transferred by the Buyer.
3.5. The Buyer assumes responsibility for providing inaccurate data, due to which the Seller cannot fulfill their obligations to the Buyer.

  1. Product Description

4.1. Products in the online store are presented in photos and also text information: name, price, and Product description.
4.2. Product descriptions in the online store are informational and do not convey all the features of the product.

  1. Product Price

5.1. The price of the Product in the online store is indicated in euros per unit.
5.2. The price of the Product listed in the online store may be changed at the discretion of the Seller, but the price of the Product already ordered or paid for by the Buyer will not be changed.

  1. Product Delivery

6.1. Delivery in Lithuania is FREE.
6.2. Delivery to European Union countries and other countries is discussed with the Seller in writing or by phone.

6.3. When paying by transfer in the online store, the Seller delivers the Product to the Buyer only after receiving payment.

6.4. The Seller confirms by email or phone to the Buyer that the Product has been shipped.

  1. Product Exchange and Return

7.1. Upon receiving the Product, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract signed with the online store within 14 days without any reason.
7.2. Products made to individual order are not returnable or exchangeable.

7.3. Used Products are not returnable.

7.4. When returning Products, the Buyer pays for the shipping services.

  1. Product Warranty

8.1. Products come with mandatory certificates and warranty slips.

  1. Liability and Dispute Resolution

9.1. The parties are responsible for fulfilling the Contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. The Seller is not responsible for the delivery of the Product if the Buyer provided an inaccurate address in the Order.
9.3. The Seller is not responsible for unmet Buyer expectations regarding the specified Product features.
9.4. The Seller is not responsible for partial or total failure to fulfill obligations in delivering the Products if force majeure (force majeure) circumstances occur.

9.5. Disputes between the parties arising from the fulfillment of Contract obligations are resolved by mutual agreement, and if no agreement is reached – in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Force Majeure Circumstances (force majeure)

10.1. Neither party is responsible for the full or partial non-fulfillment of obligations if such non-fulfillment is a consequence of force majeure (force majeure) circumstances. Force majeure circumstances include natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.), societal life circumstances (military actions, state of emergency, strikes, epidemics, etc.), state-level decisions (transportation bans, currency settlements, or international trade restrictions, etc.). In these circumstances, the parties have no mutual complaints and each party assumes the consequences of non-performance of the Contract.

  1. Validity of the Contract (Rules)

11.1. The Contract is valid from the moment the Buyer’s funds are received in the Seller’s account until the parties fulfill all their obligations.

  1. Buyer’s Personal Data Verification

12.1. By filling the Order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they allow the Seller to process their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the Order.
12.2. The Seller undertakes to ensure the security of the Buyer’s personal data according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Other Provisions

13.1. The Buyer understands and agrees that due to temporary technical issues on the website, errors and inaccuracies may occur. In the event of such a technical error, the Seller reserves the right not to form or execute the Contract.
13.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Contract rules at any time. The revised Contract becomes effective when it is posted on the online store.
13.3. The Buyer undertakes to independently familiarize themselves with the terms of the Contract.

13.4. The ability to fill an Order is provided only to Buyers who agree with the prevailing Contract rules.
